In stock material that is unopened and in original condition may returned in 7 business days with a 20% restock fee.

All Sales Final on Special Order products. Special order is defined by any material that is ordered specifically for your job.

All Sales Final on #3 Wood Products, B-Grade items or Clearance items.

All Sales Final on liquid items. (Stains and Adhesives)

Purchaser is responsible for verifying accuracy against what was purchased. Claims of shortages or damaged material must be made upon receipt of material and before installation. Claims of shortages or damages made after leaving the store or after installation will not be considered.

Purchaser is responsible for confirming accuracy of any materials delivered to your jobsite as well as noting any damage before the truck leaves. 

Installation of products is considered acceptance. 

All orders must be picked up within 14 days of original purchase.

The BOSS is not liable for damages to any vehicles during loading or transportation. Customers are responsible for providing an adequate and safe vehicle for transporting materials that are purchased. The BOSS provides loading as a courtesy, but the customer is solely responsible for safely securing the material.
